\nNiestety, w zwi\u0105zku z charakterem warsztat\u00f3w nie mo\u017cemy przenie\u015b\u0107 ich w wymiar wirtualny, a konferencja, sk\u0142adaj\u0105ca si\u0119 g\u0142\u00f3wnie z wyk\u0142adowc\u00f3w z zagranicy nie b\u0119dzie mog\u0142a odby\u0107 si\u0119 zgodnie z zaleceniami polskiego rz\u0105du z dnia 13.04.2020.<\/p>\n

14.04.2020 UPDATE<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Thank you very much for your interest and applications. We have waited until the very last moment to make this decision upon the possibility of organizing Workshops and Conference LAACT 2.0 in Wroclaw.
\nUnfortunately, due to the workshops\u2019 characteristics we are not able to offer them online, and a conference consisting mainly of the Lecturers coming from abroad will be impossible to take place during this time, according to Polish government recommendations from 13 of April 2020.<\/p>\n

Students who will apply for their chosen workshop until the 19th of April 2020 will have a place guaranteed.<\/p>\n

All those interested in staying in contact and supporting us after the COVID-19 crisis we will keep informed about planned actions in late 2020\/early 2021 time. We might reschedule the whole event to May 2021.<\/p>\n

Niemniej jednak nab\u00f3r online na warsztaty 2020 jest nadal otwarty do 19.04.2020. B\u0105d\u017acie bezpieczni i prze\u015blijcie nam swoje zg\u0142oszenie!<\/p>\n

Due to the precaution measures taken by the Polish government we are temporarily suspending all organizational actions concerning LAACT2.0 event.<\/p>\n

2020 edition of Light as a Creative Tool will take place in Wroclaw [PL] in cooperation with<\/p>\n

The Eugeniusz Geppert Academy of Art and Design in Wroclaw<\/a> – Department of Stage Design<\/a>,<\/p>\n

Piekarnia Centre for Performative Art and\u00a0 Grotowski Institute<\/a><\/p>\n

From 4 to 9 of May 2020 we invite you to<\/p>\n

a one-day Conference with international researchers, artists and curators focusing on media and light art in context of contemporary art and their socio-cultural background. Conference is open to all audiences and will be held in Wroclaw Academy of Art and Design (click here to view location<\/a>).<\/p>\n

a four-day long Workshop programme in public space – this time the Piekarnia Centre For Performative Art (click here to view location<\/a>). All works will be open to public viewing in a final showcase. LAACT 2.0 workshops will explore interactive and generative techniques and ideas, as well as the light as a tool for shifting the perception of an art object\/installation. Workshops are availibile for students of Polish and international academies and universities (read more about participation here<\/a>).<\/p>\n
